Contact form, email and phone

When you contact me via the form, by email or by phone, I process the details you give me: your name, your email address, the topic and your message. I use this data only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a quote.

The legal basis is your consent and, if your enquiry leads to an assignment, the preparation of the contract. I keep enquiries only as long as necessary to deal with them, unless the law requires longer retention.

Online booking

You can book Introductory Sessions and Clarity Sessions via Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA). The link opens the Cal.com booking page; only there do you enter your name, email address and details of your concern. Cal.com processes this data to arrange the appointment. The Cal.com privacy policy also applies. As long as you do not click the link, no data is transmitted to Cal.com.

Payment via PayPal

The Clarity Session is paid for via PayPal when you book it (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg). You are forwarded to PayPal and enter your payment details directly there. PayPal processes this data under its own responsibility; the PayPal privacy policy applies. I only receive the details needed for invoicing, i.e. name, email address, amount and payment status, but no account or card details.

Email delivery

Messages from the contact form are delivered via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), a provider based in the European Union. Brevo processes the data only on my behalf and only to deliver the message.

Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Novatrend Services GmbH, Bahnhofstrasse 18, 6340 Baar, Switzerland. According to the provider, data is stored exclusively in Switzerland. When you visit this website, the server automatically stores technical information in log files, for example your IP address, the date and time of the visit, the pages visited, and your browser and operating system. This data is needed to run the website securely and is deleted after a short time.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no analytics or advertising tools. It sets only one technically necessary cookie («NEXT_LOCALE»), which stores your language choice (German or English) for one year so that you see the website in your language on your next visit. It contains no other information about you.

When you fill in the contact form, your browser remembers entries not yet sent in its session storage (sessionStorage), so that they are kept, for example, after reading this privacy policy. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to me and is deleted when you send the form or close the tab.

Fonts

All fonts are loaded from this website's own server. Visiting the website does not create a connection to Google or other font providers.

Your rights

You can request information about the personal data I process about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can withdraw your consent at any time. A short email is enough.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, with your local data protection authority.

Changes

I may update this privacy policy if the website or the legal requirements change. You will always find the current version on this page.
